This head is a high power continuous lighting head with 4 x 50w watt bulbs in each head, the bulbs are balanced daylight bulbs with 5400K colour temperature and the equivalent of a 250w household bulb.

They also have a CRI of 90 which gives great colour rendition. They are like a conventional softbox having 4 rods, they are switched on the back to allow half power they can be used with or without the softbox and have the added facility to take an umbrella.
