Damaged and Faulty items
You should notify us of any missing items or damage that has been caused in transit within 1 day.
If your item is faulty then you should inform us within 28 days of receipt, unless it is a consumable item such as a bulb which you need to inform us within 7 days, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has been damaged we can tell and our terms do not apply BUT if you inform us from the start we will do all we can to help you should retain all original packaging..
Full Refund Guarantee
If you wish to return the item you have purchased, please send an email and inform us first, this must be within 14 days of purchase.
We will then send you a returns number, then return the item at your expense in the same condition that you received it, you should also make sure the packaging robust so that items cannot be damaged in transit. When we receive it we will give you a full refund of your original purchase price excluding delivery costs. It is important you return it in its original packaging and condition. Return postage is your responsibility.
Guarantee
All our goods are guaranteed for 12 months this does not include consumable items such as bulbs. During that time if your item develops a fault we will repair or replace at our discretion, you will need to inform us first and then send the item back at your expense.
Delivery Policy
Most items are in stock and we aim to dispatched within 3 working days, if the item is out of stock for any reason we will inform you and allow you to cancel.
Generally your order will be with you within 5 working days often we can improve on this.
