Damaged and Faulty items


You should notify us of any missing or faulty items within 7 days or if damage is caused in transit within 1 day.

If your item develops a fault then you should inform us within 28 days of receipt and return for inspection, unless it is a consumable item such as a bulb which you need to inform us within 7 days. Normally we will exchange or refund the item provided it is 'as new' and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Full Refund Guarantee


If you wish to return the item you have purchased, please send an email and inform us first, this must be within 14 days of the delivery of your order. If it contains software this must be unused.

We will then send you a returns number, then return the item at your expense in the same condition that you received it, you should also make sure the packaging robust so that items cannot be damaged in transit. When we receive it we will give you a full refund of your original purchase price excluding delivery costs. It is important you return it in its original packaging and condition. Return postage is your responsibility.

Guarantee


All our goods are guaranteed for 12 months this does not include consumable items such as bulbs. During that time if your item develops a fault we will repair or replace at our discretion, you will need to inform us first and then send the item back at your expense.

Delivery Policy


Most items are in stock and we aim to dispatched within 3 working days, if the item is out of stock for any reason we will inform you and allow you to cancel.

Generally your order will be with you within 5 working days often we can improve on this.

We have three main dispatch days of Monday, Wednesday and Friday, an if an item is ordered before 11.00am on that day then it will be shipped that day, after that then it will be the next dispatch day. If Special Delivery is selected then this should be taken into account, even if it is after the 11.00 am deadline on a dispatch day it is worth emailing us for delivery details.
