If you are just starting studio photography then this is an ideal first studio outfit with two 60w variable slave flash units (Guide no. 30) they can be triggered by your camera flash or with the included sync cables, so can be triggered directly from the camera sync socket.

This is suitable for many applications including portraits, interiors still life and product photography.
